Our Charity is run by a Committee of volunteers who offer their time, their skills and their energy to promote and support our pre-school. We work hand in hand with our pre-school Leader and staff, to ensure the smooth running of our pre-school. We attend to the business aspects of the pre-school and the organising of fundraising events.

We hold termly meetings to check in with the pre-school manager and make sure our finances remain on track. We ensure the needs of the children and the staff are being met. Fundraising is a big part of the pre-school and rely heavily on funds to keep running smoothly.

Being a committee member is a very rewarding role, not only is it a great way to get to know the staff better and to meet other parents, it is also hugely gratifying and good fun! It gives an insight into what goes on behind the scenes as well as the opportunity to have a genuine impact on your child's early years education.

• Chairperson

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Between 2 and 9 other elected committee members

• Parents/Guardians of children who attend our pre-school

• Anyone who has an interest in the welfare of children

• Anyone associated with the pre-school
